Roseburg (KMTR) - A huge overnight fire destroyed an historic home Garden Valley home in Roseburg.

Firefighters say half of the home's roof on Fisher Road collapsed before they even got to it.

The owner of the home called 9-1-1 after waking up to the noise of glass breaking, and seeing flames in the ceiling and wall of the bathroom.  That was just before midnight.

Fire crews say the flames were so big, they could see them from nearby Del Rio Road.  They say it took about two and a half hours to get the fire under control.

Nobody was was hurt.

The home was built in 1902, and is a total loss.

The fire marshal is still looking for a cause.
