Eugene (KMTR) - Still searching for answers six years later, the family of a Eugene man has increased the reward to try and catch his killer. Donald Williams' family hopes offering more cash will result in a clue that finally cracks this ‘cold case.’

Williams was found murdered inside his Eugene home on Valentine’s Day in 2006. Investigators have no suspects but they've gotten several helpful clues over the years.

The family has increased the reward for information that leads to an arrest from $10,000 to $50,000.

Roger Williams says, six years later, it isn't any easier to deal with his brother Don's death.

“You hear about closure,” he says. “I know, for myself, I would like to see somebody serving time for that crime. Just in don's memory, I think it needs to be brought to a conclusion.”

Investigators say they do have one good clue: A shoe print found at the crime scene from a shoe similar to an Adidas Cross Trainer, size 14 or 15.

Anyone with information about the murder of Don Williams is asked to call the Eugene Police Tip Line at (541) 682-8888.
