Eugene (KMTR) – It may have been one of the fastest suspect searches ever for the Eugene Police Department: Three minutes from 911 call to arrest.

Police arrested Adam Parrish Ashe, 48, just three minutes after the Home Federal Bank on Pearl Street was robbed Tuesday morning.

Police say they found Ashe with the stolen money.

The 911 call from the bank came in at 10:02 a.m. and Ashe was under arrest at 10:05.

Investigators say Ashe had been released from prison just hours earlier and had arrived in Eugene shortly before the robbery.
