Eugene officer with a big heart aids homeless

For the fourth year, Officer Randy Ellis has collected donations to help keep homeless people warm during the winter.

I know this man. He's hard but fair. If only people could take this approach and apply it in all facits of life. Bravo Mr. Ellis!

At least he's doing something wonderful to help the homeless community rather than sitting around complaining about them. I applaud his efforts.
