EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Police arrested a Eugene man accused of encouraging child sex abuse.
Attorney General John Kroger says America Online reported last month that images of children engaging in sexually explicit conduct had been uploaded from a computer and sent by e-mail to another location.
Kroger said Tuesday an investigator served a search warrant Tuesday morning and arrested 23-year-old Corydon Wesley Sceva.
Sceva is being held in the Lane County jail.
It wasn't immediately known if the suspect has a lawyer.
