when I went to school in the UK they didn't build 5 high schools in a community and underfund them, they built one massive high school larger than LCC, and properly funded it. For example, they didn't build several libraries throughout the community then undefund 5 different high school libraries, they built one state of the art library at the school opened to public and student and saved the taxpayers a fortune. Common sense seams to be lacking in Eugene.
