Eugene 4J district begins "open enrollment" discussion

The Eugene 4J school district is starting to figuring out if it will accept students from other districts at will through a process called “open enrollment.”

4J has actually had declining enrollment. It seems like they would want more students for the $$.

Now that they've closed several schools and stuffed the remaining schools full, where do they plan to have these transferring students attend?
