Eugene (KMTR) - EWEB is reporting a power outage in parts of Santa Clara. It’s dealing with a system lock out at its sub station. Several homes and businesses are affected. The traffic lights are also out on parts of River Road near Beltline. EWEB is calling in utility crews and says it will try to have power restored as soon as possible.
