EUGENE, Ore. (KMTR) -- Eugene Police are continuing to investigate allegations of weapons being made and collected at Occupy Eugene’s camp after an anonymous call to police.

Eugene Police say someone anonymously alerted them on Wednesday, December 7th, 2011 after supposedly overheard people at the Washington Jefferson Park camp talking about making Molotov cocktails and collecting rocks. Eugene Police sent out a press release about the incident on Friday evening.

The caller alleged that people were talking about having the weapons if protestors are forced to leave the park on December 15th, 2011.

Eugene City Council will discuss Occupy Eugene’s future at the Washington Jefferson Park at a meeting on Monday.

Eugene Police officers went to the Occupy camp after receiving the call, due to the “potentially series nature of the details provided.”

EPD says, “no evidence of Molotov cocktail produce was found.”

Police say the caller refused to meet with officers to discuss the claim.

NewsSource 16 spoke with Eugene Police about the claim and investigation on Saturday, December 10th, 2011.

“All of our dialogue has been working towards the same peaceful end that our previous interactions with occupy have met thus far. Not every community has had that come to fruition, and yet we're hoping to be the unique one to keep things peaceful,” said Lt. Doug Mozan of the Eugene Police Department.

Eugene Police has released a transcript of the call made to non-emergency dispatchers on Friday. The following is the complete transcript:

They're collecting, rocks, and they were talking about how Portland people to riot, get people from Portland, are coming down and, how they're not gonna evacuate on the 15th and stuff and, I mean y-, they're turning it around, I tried to explain to (unintelligible) "nice is what you're being, you're jus' costing our town a lotta money, we were kind to you, don't do this crap," and they're like, "well they're gonna run us outta here, we got nowhere to go" and like, "well when this thing started, you guys had-you were livin' somewhere before you came here-

Call taker:              OK,

Caller:         "Go back to that place," and they were, they got mad at me, and literally tell me to leave, which wasn't a problem.  But um, I'm  just- I mean I heard this is gonna happen. Th- i- it's gonna be overwhelmingly overpopulated from like Portland freaks and, people, and they're gonna riot.  And so, and bombs, and I heard that so.

Call taker:              OK, and, can we send somebody out to talk to you?

Caller:         (Pause) Well, not really 'cause it's all hear-say, it's hearsay, hearsay....."
