 | Serious injury on SB I-B Wednesday morning
One person was seriously injured Wednesday morning along the southbound shoulder of Interstate 5 underneath the Harlow Road overpass in Eugene/Springfield area when he was struck by a car that had traveled onto a portion of the shoulder as he walked near his stopped motorcycle.
