EUGENE, Ore. (KMTR) -- With about 3,000 tickets to sell and only four days left until football season opens, the Oregon Ducks turned to Groupon.

The discount site is running a deal for the kickoff at Autzen Stadium all week: $110 buys two tickets to the game, plus two sodas. Depending on the seats, fans could save up to $44.

If Oregon doesn’t sell out the game against Arkansas State, it would break an 82-game home sell-out streak.

This is what being greedy gets you. Jack up the season ticket prices and no one wants them anymore. Maybe "Uncle Phil" will buy the surplus.
