EUGENE, Ore. (KMTR) -- The defense team for accused baby killer Angelica Swartout has rested and final arguments are scheduled to begin Wednesday morning.
Swartout is the Springfield woman accused of killing her newborn baby in October of 2010 and throwing the body in the dumpster.
The child's body was never found and Swartout claims she wasn't really pregnant.
She says she lied to investigators during a taped confession.
