Do you think it will be spent wisely? how many more pedistrian bridges and bike lanes do you think that will buy? Or how much more will go to those that are not willing to get a job. Don't tell me there are no jobs, I have left 3 jobs (my choice) in the last 3 years and have found new ones, you just have to get off the butt and put in some walk time and it may not be your exact job you want but you work back to it. Come on people wake up, quit putting the same people in office and for you enviros out there the trees grow back.Maybe we should legalize pot then they will be too stoned and lethargic to do anything.

Don't get all excited, it will probably take most of what Lane County gets just to pay the pickup on PERS. Don't expect very much to go towards keeping inmates behind bars. Before long the EPA will have made logging so difficult, that will stop also or slow drastically. What a shame for a very reliable renewable resource. They have to be voted out or it will get worse. Take a look at what Eugene's big brother or sister Portland is doing. Tax on mass transit seats, art tax, proposed income tax, 500 million school bond. Get the vasoline ready.

Yep, perfect timing. Now we can spend it all on the crime and damage these felons cause.
