I'm so glad that this man didn't get away with drunk driving. My father Gordon Bennett was hit 4 years ago on gateway street on the 30th of this month and died 2 days later with numerous fatal injuries. He got a few hours in jail, had to take classes, pay a fine and lost his licensed for a year and thats it. Even though he had more than one DUI'S in another state. I don't think that should matter at all. In Junction City, my friends daughter Andrea Post was killed by a drunk driver when he swerved over into her car and killed her instantly, and got probation and his licensed revoked. The system is so messed up and something needs to be done about it. This just makes me so sick.
