The mayor says it's actually the most vandalism she's had to deal with in her four years of service. Right. because she personally has to deal with it. Why don't you start looking at posting gaurd or actually monitoring the park. It looks like crap anyway. Stop wasting money on something that isn't working.

The city is wise to start looking to kids as a way to help prevent future graffiti vandalism. True graffiti prevention and control can be attained only when we engage kids and help foster attitudes that see graffiti for what it is. We don't have an art problem as documented at the graffiti control web site www.DefacingAmerica.com . We have a vandalism problem. Graffiti is not harmless self expression, nor is it art. graffiti hurts us all.
