What business does the Eugene PD have sending anybody official warning letters based on knowledge obtained through this program? Can any of this serve as evidence in court?

I would beat the hell out of a snitch.. who cares how fast people drive or how many people are killed..(tic). We could use some radar on City View between 18th and 11th as the cops only show up when there is no traffic....come early before work or after work..oh thats right, thats your donut time. The city could make thousands of dollars here and at the bike path crossing

WOW! Talk about scary. Isn’t that what happened in Nazi Germany during the holocaust? “Hey, just spy on your neighbor and tell us if they are doing any of these things, ..... You will be helping us take care of criminals...” I’m all for people who speed to get their just rewards, but NOT at the expense of having neighbors spying on each other. Where does it end? I’ll tell you, just look at history. We have now officially become a police state.
