Coquille (KMTR) - Coquille police say two more men were arrested Tuesday, accused of having sex with minors.  Three others are also facing charges in the case.  30-year-old Wayne Smith and his brother, 26-year-old William Smith are both facing rape charges, as well as supplying alcohol to a minor.

Coquille police arrested three male suspects in December for having sex with the 13-year-old girl.  One of them is the 17-year-old son of Coos County's district attorney.  18-year-old Chay Gilbert and 19-year-old Spencer Shimota were also arrested.  Police say Wayne and William Smith both left the area after the first round of arrests, but authorities caught up with them on Tuesday.

Police aren't saying much about the case, other than it's an ongoing investigation, and three victims may now be involved.

Shimota, Gilbert, and the juvenile suspect are all scheduled for a court appearance Friday morning.
