Suspect in Eugene bank robbery arrested in Portland

EUGENE, Ore. - A man who

took a drink from a water cooler before robbing a bank

two weeks ago is now in custody, Eugene Police said.

Portland Police arrested Daniel Carl McKague on Saturday afternoon. Officers contacted McKague about trespassing - and discovered he had an active warrant for his arrest out of Eugene, police said.

McKague is the suspect in the September 9 robbery at Pacific Continental Bank on River Road, police said.
