EUGENE, Ore. -- An overturned gravel truck partially blocked the intersection of Highway 99 and Roosevelt Blvd. Sunday afternoon.
The truck crashed at around 10:15 a.m. Sunday, blocking the westbound lanes of Roosevelt Blvd.
No one was hurt in the crash, police at the scene said.
Officers said the truck was headed north on Highway 99 when the driver realized he'd lost the air line to the truck's brakes.
The driver made a sharp right turn onto Roosevelt Blvd. to avoid hitting a pedestrian in the intersection, Officer Rodney Thrower said.
