EUGENE, Ore. - If it's time to ditch your old jeans and pick up some new denim, you're in luck: Chico's at Oakway Center is holding a clothing drive that not only benefits their customers but also helps a non-profit aimed at ending domestic violence.

From now through August 17, if you drop off a donation of gently used jeans or jackets at Chico's, you'll receive $20 off your purchase of pants or coats.

All of the donated items will go to WomenSpace.

"When someone comes into our safehouse, they're leaving behind everything and they're trying to start over," said Peggy Whalen with WomenSpace. "We just do our best to try to help them so they don't have to use the little income that they have on things like clothing and stuff, they can use it on more necessity items."
