EUGENE, Ore. (KMTR) -- On May 24, 2012 at approximately 9:50 AM, Sheriff’s deputies were called out to investigate a deceased subject at a residence on South Brooklyn Street in Eugene. The 49-year-old male was found alone in his residence by a caregiver this morning. The cause of death has not been determined; however, the incident is being investigated as a suspicious death. The identity of the deceased is not available at this time pending next of kin notification. Sheriff’s Office detectives and the Lane County Medical Examiner’s Office are continuing the investigation.
