CORVALLIS, Ore. (KMTR) -- 30-year-old Matthew Rader was scheduled for a court hearing this morning but it was rescheduled for later this month.
The investigation started in December. Police say a detective logged onto the girl's Facebook account, posing as the victim to get more information.
Rader responded by asking for nude photos. Police say he had given the teen three tattoos. Rader is being accused of having sex with a female under the age of sixteen and third degree rape charges. Both are felonies in Oregon.
“The third charge is using a child in display of sexually-explicit conduct and that charge stems from the allegation that he had taken nude photographs of a minor," said Captain Dave Henslee of the Corvallis Police Department.
Rader has plead not guilty to all charges, he is currently still in custody in Corvallis.
