Man arrested for animal abuse after punching, burning dog

Late Monday afternoon, Marion County deputies rescued a 9-pound Chihuahua-Pinscher dog that had been subjected to cruelty and abuse at the hands of his temporary caretaker.

Two different articles now about animal abuse or neglect. This mans bail set at $10,000. The two girls running the rescue center with bails in the hundreds of thousands. The flip side? Two men terrorize a section of Portland with assault rifles. Their bail? $.000000000 Hmmmmmmm……….
