JOSEPH'S FORECAST
12/28/12

The skies will stay mostly cloudy through the evening and if we have any breaks overnight, low clouds will form quickly. Tomorrow we will see the northern part of this system offshore come back through eastern Oregon. I don't expect any showers west of the Cascades but we may have a few over in eastern Oregon. As this band of showers moves south we will see the clouds start to break up starting in the northwestern part of the state.

With some clearing Saturday night we will have a frosty foggy morning Sunday. The fog will burn off though for some afternoon sunshine. The coast will see the most sun and warm to near 50; inland temperatures will depend on how early the fog burns off.

Saturday:  Mostly cloudy with some breaks by late afternoon and evening, 41 / 46.

Sunday:  Cold and foggy morning then mostly sunny afternoon, 44 / 49.

Monday:  Mostly cloudy with afternoon breaks north, 44 / 49.
