Eugene city council forwards city service fee to May ballot

I agree with you mongo,tank,and rgl people better start learning to do without because pretty soon you won't have anything left after the state,counties,and city goverments get done with us let along the Feds.

I think its time to change the city municipal code 2.9 ...make an amendment so the city council has to collect 20% of the registered voters signature to put a measure on the ballot ,,just like the rest of us, minions.

Keep the police investigations, cut the rest as well as the top administrators pay to include the city manager.
