EUGENE, Ore. (KMTR) - Campus police are on the lookout for a man who tried to rob a student at knifepoint Friday night.
It happened around midnight on February 22. The student told police he was walking near the Education Annex and Parking Lot 20, just west of the Pioneer Cemetery, when a man walked up to him with a knife and demanded money. The student pushed him and ran away.
The suspect is described as a black man in his early 20s, about 6 feet tall with a medium build. He was wearing a dark hoodie and dark jeans at the time of the incident.
