140 neglected dogs seized from 'animal rescue facility'

A 24-year old Salem woman has been arrested and charged with 120 counts of Animal Neglect 2 and one count of Tampering with Evidence following an investigation into her involvement with what she has described as an animal rescue facility.

Some people are so sick--she should be shoved in a crate, given no food and forced to lie in her own excrement in a cold warehouse for 30 days.

Is it too early to ask if there were any of these animals sent from other states to this person as in rescued shelter animals from say Los Angeles California ??.. >>>
