Our Corgi is biting himself bad, because of the fleas, and wont let us treat him.  I tried spraying him with cortisone/aloe, but he wont let me do that either.

Jennifer's Answer

Hi Nancy,
Thank you for contacting me.  When you say he won't let you treat him, what exactly is it that he does when you try to put flea medication on him?

Short Term I would ask your vet or a groomer to help you bathe and apply a proper flea treatment to help get rid of the fleas he has now, Long Term depending on what he's doing you are probably going to need to start a training program to help him tolerate the meds.
