Carmel Apple Pecan Trifle
Ingredients:
2 cups Pastry Cream (Pre-made okay)
1 cup whip topping (Cool Whip okay)
1 cup (apple pie filling)
4 oz Ice Cream Carmel sauce
½ cup candied pecans (Store purchased okay)
1 pound cake (diced in small cubes)
Method:
In an individual glass or a medium glass trifle bowl. Start the layering process.
- Pound cake slices
- Carmel topping drizzled on top
- Pastry cream
- Whip topping
- Chopped candied nuts
Repeat the layering and finish the last with whip topping and sprinkle with candied pecans.
