As our partner in ensuring that Lane County women take their breast health seriously, KMTR has faithfully reminded its viewers to do their breast self checks on the 16th of every month. In addition, they ask women over 40 to schedule their annual mammogram.
This is a great public service, one that deserves recognition. We’d like to say thank you to KMTR for their dedication in reducing the risk of breast cancer in our community. We applaud KMTR and all the good work you do.
