Leading a healthy lifestyle is a great way to prevent breast cancer, so leave your car at home and bike or walk to work. Along the way, join Oregon Imaging Centers for Breakfast at the Bike Bridges.
The final Breakfast at the Bike Bridges event of the season is scheduled for September 24 at the Dave and Lynn Frohnmayer Bridge (formerly the Autzen Footbridge) from 7–9:30 a.m.
Oregon Imaging Centers will make a $1 donation for every biking/walking commuter who passes by the booth at Greenway Bike Bridge and $2 for everyone wearing a pink “Make Time for the Girls” T-shirt (for sale at the bridge). All donations go to the Bike/Walk Commuter Team for the 2010 Komen Eugene Race for the Cure. At last month’s Breakfast at the Bike Bridges event, Oregon Imaging Centers made donations on behalf of 226 commuters!
