Renee McCullough co-anchors NewsSource 16 at 5pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm with Matt Templeman Monday through Friday. She also solo anchors NewsSource 11@11.

Renee comes to KMTR-TV with 11 years experience. Her first job was a four year stint in Kennewick, Washington where she was a reporter and anchor. She then moved to Spokane, where she spent more than six years anchoring and reporting.

Renee grew up in the Northwest, in both Eastern and Western Washington. She went to college at Washington State University, where she earned a degree in communications.

She’s hoping to settle down for good in Eugene, thrilled to be back anchoring with Matt Templeman, a friend and co-worker for five years in Spokane.

Renee’s been married to her husband, Scott, for five years. He’s a pretty nice guy, except he’s a Washington Husky fan. She says not to hold that against him...no one’s perfect.

As you can imagine, the third week in November gets pretty interesting around their house, with Apple Cup and all. They have two son...Nicholas, who’s almost four, and Ryan, who's two years younger. Their teenage nephew also lives with them.. so it's a full house of boys. Luckily, they have a dog, a girl...Puggy Sue to keep the household balanced.

Besides spending time with her family, Renee likes to garden, cook and she’s pretty crafty. She also enjoys working with children in any capacity...whether it be volunteering to read at local schools, or taking part in fundraising events.
