Angela joined NewsSource 16 after moving from Ohio in December 2010. This is the first time Angela has lived outside of the Buckeye State where she endured plenty of snow and, of course, the Lebron James saga - she is still a Cavs fan!
Originally from Cleveland, Angela attended and completed her journalism degree at the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. She specialized in meteorology, geography and Spanish. She is also an Alpha Gamma Delta alumnae and a former soccer coach.
Before arriving in TrackTown USA, Angela reported and anchored news and weather for WOUB in Athens, Ohio. Her favorite thing about news reporting is the new people she gets to meet every day and sharing their stories. She also has a great passion for weather and the science behind something that affects our everyday routine.
Angela also has a strong love for her two blind poodles, Malcolm and Max. She likes anything active, athletic or outdoors and is willing to try anything at least once!
