Marilou Heriot went to work at her restaurant early last Thursday morning, just like she has for the last three years.
 
But as she approached the Washburne Cafe, something was different.

"I got to work, and it was so bright and light, and it wasn't neon stark light - it was nice lights," she said. "And I thought: Oh my god, am I late for work?"
