The driver who hit and killed a man with her car in Springfield last week drove a mile and a half with the victim stuck in the roof rack before she stopped, pulled him off her car and left him on the side of the road, police now say.

A man police consider armed and dangerous after someone tossed four pipe bombs out of his car at police remains on the run.

And he's done it several times before, including a 2006 chase in Benton County.
